Deficient in Thiamine - will Benfotamine address this?
Hello again - I have another supplement question. I tested low in Thiamine levels and would normally take Thiamine (b1). However, i see the communities preference for Benfotiamine (sp?) which is a derivative of Thiamine. Will a derivative work to address the Thiamine deficiency? Thanks again...

It should. It stays in the body longer than the thiamine too.
It is lipophilic and hence works well for the nerves. http://altmedicine.about.com/od/herb...nfotiamine.htm |
