Focal Atrophy of Thoracic Cord

For years I have been living with slight mobility / balance problems. About 20 months ago I visit my GP for foot pains and was refer to re Neuromuscular Department at the local hospital. I am still no wiser today with any sort of management plan or actual diagnosis. Any one on this forum able to point me in to point me in the right direction.

This is all I have flowing a CT Scan over 6 months ago, Waite 3 months for results.

A long standing myelopathy with a focal atrophy of part of the thoracic cord, probably a small syrinx or perhaps a dilated central canal.

Pes Cavus and longstanding upper Motor Neurone signs.

Look forward to any comments / suggestions, and thank you in advance for your assistance.
