Autonomic neuropathy and body temperature regulation

Hi
Can any body explain to me regarding autonomic neuropathy and body's temperature regulation.
Will someone with autonomic neuropathy, as manifested by positive sweat test in the Autonomic Reflex test, have fever like a normal person?
Thanks

I have autonomic neuropathy with temperature dysregulation. My normal body temp is about 97.2. I still increase temps during an illness, but it's lower then normal. For example a temperature of 99 is a significant fever for me, whereas it's barely over normal and might be considered only low-grade fever for most.

Everyone is different and it just depends on what is 'normal' for you. Some will still have normal temperature increases during illness.
