Newest Symptom - Tingling in the back

I've been very groggy the last few days - and last night I didn't sleep until 3am. I woke up at 7am to go to the bathroom, then went back to sleep (it was hard to move). I woke up then around 2pm. I was so groggy still but stayed awake until 5pm. I laid down with my little chiwawa, and went to sleep but before I did I noticed something. My entire back began to feel like pins and needles - tingling. It kinda hurt but it felt so weird. I've had back pain for a long time but never this tingling, pins and needles feeling.

Could be, you lied in one position too long.
Pins and needles is usual or MS.

You could have slept in a position that put pressure on one of the nerves. It still is something to document and keep track of and let your neurologist know about it.
