woo hooo I am first!!! Its Tuesday
 

Good morning everyone. I can't believe I get to start roll call!! I never get to before all you east coasters and midwest farm people :p

I weighed today and I am down 2 pounds. Finally going in the other direction. Now if I can celebrate without having some of Bizi's moms pie. I have also started substituting pretend meat for the real thing. We had tacos the other night and I used a product called smart ground. It was OK but it also had no fat. My sister and her daughters are vegetarians so I get to sample different recipes to see what I like. There is also a brand of chicken called quorn that is good. I mean fake chicken. ;)

So today I am off to the grocery store and I promise to be good and buy lots of fruit and no junk.

I will check back later and see what everybody elses day looks like. Billie, stay off that ladder ya hear...Sue:D

I'm on the ladder, sorry! No going any higher tho, and it's not quiet done. I keep finding a place I can see brush strokes. I am so near done tho, that its Halliua time! I went and visited an nurse that worked with Bob last year and we had a good visit. I hadn't seen her in all this time. She lost her dad just after Thanksgiving and has had some bad days too. She had gotten saved since I seen her last, and it was so good to hear her testmony. Life is good on days like this.

I'm not going to push myself so much now, just clean the house for weekend.

I made a copy of the Silk Pie, Bizi, so as soon as I get to the store, will make it. Thanx~:hug:

I am here and waiting for my appointment for the MRA in the morning to find out something hopefully? So wanting to visit Billie in June and want this mess I have lived in to be over and behind me. I just want to go visit my friend and have a good time without the pain and dizziness. Oh well...hopefully it will happen. Froggie
