Need advice with recent Dx RSD
Had shoulder surgery, ending with full blown RSD in hand. Family invited me to visit to lift my spirits and not sure how to handle airline security and small suitcase. Thinking of using sling but fear anyone grabbing at me, as alarm will go off. I have implant. Suggestions?
Thanks!! |
Hello Dena!
Welcome to NT!
You've come to a great place for support! I too suffer RSD and I have a SCS (Neurostimulator). Is that the kind of implant you speak of? Here's the link to get you to the RSD/CRPS forum: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/fo...aysprune=&f=21 Also, come check out the SCS forum. It is loaded with good information and peer support. Here's the link.... http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/fo...ysprune=&f=118 To find the SCS forum via the main menu, it is listed as a 'sub-forum' in the "Medications & Treatments" forum. It's great to have you, Friends are on the way! Caring, Rae :grouphug: |
