I'm in the hospital!

Hi everyone, well once again I'm in the hospital with chest pain, the Doctor is keeping me here because I have a small pericardial effusion, please tell me SFN is not the cause of this! He knows I have SFN and did not mention that SFN might be the cause, he says more likely a viral infection may have caused it, I think I was diagnosed with this several years ago but the Doctor here says pericardial effusion usually resolves, but I'm just sure I've been told I had this on a CT scan several years ago, I really need advice from you guys, thanks Jan

Viruses and autoimmune diseases may cause these.

I am so sorry to hear you are hospitalized. Wishing you a speedy recovery and a better place to be logging into neurotalk from other than a hospital bed.
