MRI need some help with this....

ok I have been dx with migraines after 20 years of them being called sinus headaches. The Biaxin , other antibiotics took away the pain. But after surgery, cat scans, etc, it was finally decided there was no infection. So now I got a migraine on April 13, neuro gave me triptans to try and sent me on....

It didn't go away so he did a prednisone pack. Which did take it away. Then it came back. So then he puts me on Topomax and gives me Vicodin for pain and the maxalt. After 8 days the pain gone. I hate topomax it makes me irratable. So I quit and now headache back. So I am back on maxalt and topomax for now.

MRI: he had ordered mri and I picked up the report my appt is next week. IT says I have a single non specific T2 bright lesion in left lobe indicates some type of old insult...does not appear to be part of any white matter disease....brain function normal... he also order some kind of eye exam stat, like to check for pressure I think....he moves real fast and is hard to talk to...but seems on top of things....returns calls personally the same day, etc..

could this be a sign of MS? I had an MRI in 2003 to rule out MS cause of fibro and cfs dx.....lately things are getting worse, such as last fall my arms got a real weak attack and one day I could barely walk or type...I also get neck pain when sitting and tingling up the left side of my head....when I sit for a while or sometimes when standing , just for a minute or two. I am following with the same neuro I was seeing in 2003 so I hope he knows what to do. The arm weakness got a bit better but sometimes flares up. This is after about 10 years of same sx. Generally leg fatigue and pain and all over pain. NO weird eye stuff except dry eye, also just started with Raynauds in fingers and toes last summer.....

Any input would be helpful!
