Suzy Cohen on methylation
|
Thanks for posting this. I did some more searching on the web and landed on the MTHFR.net site and listened to a podcast on the MTHFR and it's link to thyroid disease. Very interesting.

I am trying to learn about this too since the people at my thyroid forum suggested it.
However, I seem to get so overwhelmed with researching so many things at once that I get brain freeze and quit. Sometimes, it just gets so overwhelming when so many ideas/supplements/treatments come at me at once that I simply can not comprehend what I am reading anymore. This subject has been that way for me. Guess I will pick it back up when I get more settled. |
Stacey,
Go to this link. http://mthfr.webs.com/ Click on resources and listen to the pod cast by dr Neil Rawlins, a doc who has lots of mthfr in his family. The talk is in four parts and is the easiest I have come upon. |
I will, thanks!
