HI! I'm finally trying to get information

Hey,
I'm 32, 165lbs and used to be in great shape. Lower back pain started 5 years ago and has gotten considerably worse year after year. I'm now on the doorstep of surgery.

For some reason I put off actually learning the minutiae of the back, nor have never joined any real medical groups. I know I have disc problems but after reading some posts here, and listening to people describe their problems, I realize I have only an elementary understanding of what's going on with my back.

If anyone has recommendations on where a newbie should begin in Nuero Talk please let me know.

Cheers

There is a forum here specifically for spinal conditions. If you go to that forum you will find lots of information and plenty of people to help you.
I would post the link for you but I have only been around for a few months and still learning but it is in the list of forums.

Just click on Neurotalk Support Groups listed at the top of the screen on the left.

Glad you are here.
