Please, please don't be taken in by this guy. I know you are desperate but there is nothing to suggest anywhere that any form of stem cell treatment would have any effect or benefit for CRPS patients.

This particular doctor was investigated as far back as 2009 by the quality BBC investigative journalism programme called"Panorama" over his baseless claims over stem cell therapies. He is a snake oil salesman. He was chucked out of the Bahamas by their government for his dodgy practices so he moved on to the Dominican Republic. He uses high pressure sales tactics to flog so-called "treatments" to the desperate knowing full-well that they are totally useless. You can still easily find a summary of the BBC's findings about this doctor in their website archives.

Its not for tax reasons that you have to go outside the USA to have this done - its because the US won't approve the treatments he is offering. There is just no evidence that anything he claims actually works. Please don't waste any money or energy on this - the guy should be avoided. If the FDA won't approve a treatment being carried out on US soil you need to question why that is, especially if the only countries where it can be carried out are ones where they don't have a decent regulatory framework for medical treatment and drug development (like Mexico).

Neurochic is correct, stem cell treatment of this kind is not allowed in the US. My cousin came down with Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS) and had to leave the US for stem cell treatment in China. Although it is a different kind of neurological condition the treatment failed.
