Recovery from ACDF
 
Hi, I found this online and hope that everyone is doing fine here.

I am eager to get your help with either your experiences or advice/answers/knowledge if you could. I had a ACDF c3-c4 about 40 days ago. Dr asked me to see him after 8 weeks of ACDF. So far I have not feel any recovery of feelings of numbness and burning sensation. I am not sure if this is normal recovery or not. Should I see him now or wait until 8 weeks? How long does it take to recover? Dr. told me the surgery went well. Should I start therapy? ... I thought once the surgery is done I should be getting better day by day. But, ... I feel frustrated.
