MrsD Question...

Hi MrsD,
Are you back from vacation?

The reason I asked the last question about when vaccine injury symptoms could appear, is that I have just been diagnosed with vaccine injury due to Tdap and I have contacted the vaccine injury compensation program... I told them that I had the vaccine in July of 2010 and my first symptoms of small fiber neuropathy did not occur until March-April of 2011, he told me that I must file a claim within 3 years of first symptoms, I was diagnosed with idiopathic SFN until recently then came the diagnosis of SFN due to vaccine Injury, I explained to the compensation board that it took many years to finally get a diagnosis of vaccine injury, He said my greatest hurdle would be that my symptoms started about 8 months after receiving vaccine... But according to what I have read symptoms can start as late as that, do you have any literature that could help me in convincing the compensation board that vaccine injury , my SFN, can indeed happen month even years later? Thank you so much, Jan:)

I am still on vacation until after Labor Day.

You can research this question on
Google. Once you get an attorney they
Have staff to do that.

Vaccines are problematic because the
Gov't protects the vaccine companies and
So finding data is difficult.

Similar programs "exist" to protect infants from vaccine complications, but it is impossible to collect damages. Our youngest, adopted as an infant from Guatemala, was never sick or feverish until the day of his vaccinations. He had febrile seizures each time. The first time we had high emergency room costs. Despite the very clear connection we could not get a pediatrician to say it was caused by the vaccines, and had to absorb the costs. We were told they were no big deal.
Our son, now 14, has severe expressive and receptive speech disorders which are directly linked to febrile seizures. Just the way it is.

Susanne,
I am so terribly sorry to hear about your son, it's just not right what these vaccines can do to us, it's just so crazy that the manufacturers of these vaccines are so protected. I am going to fight back though, it will probably cost me because I am hiring a lawyer, and from everything I've seen I probably will not win but I have to try and make them pay for what they have done to me... Like I've said before its not about any money I might get, it's more about trying to make sure that these Doctors offices explain to us, before we receive the vaccine, what side affects might occur! In my case I went in for a routine check up, I never asked for the Tdap vaccine, the medical assistant offered it to me, at first I was resistant to taking it but she talked me into it never explaining that it could have side affects, at the very least she should have explained possible side affects, then I could have made an informed decision! I am very angry and very sad that all this pain could of been avoided. I am even angrier that children are being affected and harmed, I do realize that these vaccines have saved lives, but when they harm people the pharmaceutical companies should be held accountable. Blessings, Jan

Most states have a statute of limitations
For law suits. Mine is 2 years. If you delay
You are sunk.

Also our state had a law passed ( pushed
Thru by Big Pharma ) that forbids individuals
From suing them.

You may find obstacles like this in your
Locality.

It is sad but true. People today have to
Learn to say no to invasive procedures
Until they can research them for themselves.

If I were you I'd avoid vaccines from
Here on except for pandemics or a plague.
