regulating body temp??

does this seem to be a problem for any of you? i forgot to mention it in another thread. along with the severe pain, i can not regulate my temp. it feels like i am getting the flu or something.
i keep my ac at 69 all the time. that said, i will be just fine this moment then all of a sudden i feel like i am freezing, yet hot from the inside out and start pouring sweat. its crazy. my house temp never changes. i can be sitting on the couch watching tv and just start sweating and have to cover up.
or, i am so hot i have to disrobe. i mean all of a sudden. just burning up.

i dont understand it and i hate it. its terrible.

nothing is normal anymore

Yes I have it sometimes, other times I feel almost  normal...

I think it's fairly common with CRPS. I find the weird body temp over-reaction is worse if there's something else going on - ie I'm under a lot of stress, not sleeping properly, fighting a cold or something. When I'm generally well, it's not so much of an issue. When the weather is 'close' and clammy it's worse too.

A/con completely messes me up tho - I hate going into the chiller section of supermarkets because the cold of it hits me like a wall of pain, and I feel my whole left side just prickle up with that cold burn. Ugh.

Take care of yourself and I really hope things settle down for you soon.

Bram.

What is a quarter degree change to everybody else feels like 20 degress to us. A very slight cool puff of wind feels like a 40mph blizzard to me and hand/arm/foot instantly turn to ice
