Does anyone know what this means?

I have an idea about what this means but I want to be sure. I want to do some research before my next appointment. I came here and thought someone may know.

Exert from my cervical CT scan:

degenerative changes at the atlantoaxial articulation with mild pannus formation

Thank you in advance for your help!

I had to look up pannus... from what I found on it seems to be arthritis related condition, I linked below so you can read more of it.

http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/pannus

[atlantoaxial]
I believe this is the top most 2 cervical spine - atlas /axis or c1 c2.

Was that the only info on the c spine, or did you know what the rest of it meant?

That's all I have figure out so far. That's all it says about thos two levels. Here is the rest

C3/4 small central disc herniation.
C4/5 small central, right paramedian disc herniation. Mild uncinate process hypertrophy. Facet hypertrophic changes bilaterally.
C5/6 Mild disc space narrowing. Central, right paramedian calcified disc herniation. Uncinate process hypertrophy with right far lateral osteophyte formation. Facet hypertrophy changes bilaterally. Mild central stenosis & moderate right sided neural foraminal narrowing.
C6/7 Broadbased calcified disc herniation. Facet hypertrophic changes bilaterally. Mild central stenosis.

Impression
Cervical spondylosis with mild acquired central spinal stenosis C5/6 & C6/7. Moderate rightsided neural foraminal narrowing C5/6.

One more question. ...by looking at my whole results now does it look like something wrong would constitute me feeling like something could be pressing in or on my throat or am I crazy? I have problems swallowing my meds and when I eat at times it feels like food is getting stuck on my right side in the area down my throat before my collarbone not to mention the headaches, arm, hand, & neck pain.

Sometimes there are mechanical problems with swallowing for those whom have had an anterior plate and screws (fusion) preformed where the esophagus can hang up on the anterior-superior portion of the plate. Other times something like D.I.S.H. (Forestier's disease) where there are flocculent large bridging osteophytes anteriorly. Neither are mentioned on your imaging findings. But there are certainly many other reasons for swallowing difficulties that wouldn't show on a CT so perhaps a thorough work-up with a neurologist or better yet an EENT specialist is called for!

Thanks for your reply.
Do you think my results look serious. I don't see severe anywhere but I know I'm having a lot of symptoms.
