get a bit of exercise, no overestimation, plenty of peace and quiet rest that I'll stop getting headaches and all together be done with my PCS?

I havn't been drinking, on the computer, watching Tv or on my iphone.

First off, it's good you are doing this. It will help you.

Hard to say, for sure, if this will clear everything up 100%. Maybe it will, but who can say? Everyone is different.

I can tell you, doing all of the above helped me a LOT. More than I ever imagined. I still have issues, but actually it doesn't keep me from living my life, and I can manage them. I have learned plenty of coping tools to deal with them when the PCS stuff comes up. Ironically, not needing to get rid of all my symptoms 100% has made a lot of them decrease by about 90%.

I still get a little bit of everything, now and then, but it's not constant. And it doesn't keep me from living my life.

Everybody has some battle they have to fight. At least you know what yours is, which gives you an advantage in life.

1 year and 9 months. But in that time until recently I was on my I phone or computer, reading a Ton!, drinking heavily at the bars with my friends. I never really gave myself the proper Rest and recovery time I needed so I'm hoping that if I can care of myself now that the PCS will go away. Maybe the reasons it's been hanging around is because I've been prolonging the recovery.
