Need help understanding MRI report
 
Default Need help understanding MRI report
Had an MRI of cervical spine don't understand report it is as follows...

Mild spurring seen of C4-C7 vertebral bodies. Moderate disc space narrowing is seen at C5-C6

At level of C2-C3 moderate left foraminal encroachment is seen due to marked facet arthropathy

at the level of C3-C4 bilateral foraminal encroachment is seen due to uncovertebral spurring and facet disease

at level of C4-C5 osteophyte disc complexes are causing bilateral forminal encroachment lateral recess narrowing without significant central canal stenosis

at level of C4-C5 osteophyte disc complexes are causing bilateral forminal encroachment lateral recess narrowing minimal effacement of thecal sac is seen without significant central canal stenosis

At the level C6-C7 most of the disc complex are causing bilateral foraminal encroachment and left recess narrowing slightly more promenant on the right side. Minimal impression thecal sac without significant central canal stenosis is seen

At level C7-T1 no disc herniation, central canal stenosis or nerve root impingement is seen

any help will be appreciated

Was there an Impressions included in the report?
That usually narrows it down to the main points..

What are your symptoms/pain levels?
