Lost in time and space?

Have any of you felt completely lost in time and space? Have any of you looked in a mirror and been shocked to not see someone younger?

I wish I could describe what I'm going through. I'll be in my room, knowing it's my room, and then the next moment I'll be shocked as to where I am and why it's not my childhood bedroom. I'll feel like at any moment, my mom can walk in my bedroom door. It's like I'm expecting her to be behind me.

I don't know if this is happening because of active PTSD. I don't know if it's because of family trauma that I'm re-experiencing and if i'm stuck in extended flashbacks and/or dissociating into different times. I don't know if I'm losing my mind or my memory or developing a form of psychosis. I'm so disoriented when this happens. It feels like amnesia. When I hear or think of my age, I am shocked because I feel like a 7 year old hiding under my blanket.

PTSD suckkksss.
