My wife passed this on to me.

The first testicular guard, the "Cup," was used in Hockey in 1874 and the first helmet was used in 1974. That means it only took 100 years for men to realize that their brain is also important.

As I said, ladies, no laughing.

I did laugh.

(but know from peronal experience that the helmet doesn't protect your brain from being injured...just your skull from being fractured). I was lucky that way, I suppose! ��
