multiple neurological problems

Hello,
I am usually at the site for neuropathy and autoimmune diseases. But I will study this forum a bit . I am 64 year old woman. I developed headache and migrane wuth strange auras 2 years ago. It ended up also with a diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm. The aneurysm was coiled sucsessfully. But before that , I had TIA and a small CVA. I have recovered without residual effects, except I have to be on antiplatelet medication and ASA.
The MRI also showed sign of demyelating lesions that looked like MS. I have since had many repeat MRI with attention to R/O MS, so far no new lesions.

BUT, I have developed so many symptoms, I have become so sick. Weakness in arms and legs, numbness, Positive NCS and EMG for polyneuropathy, sensory motor.
I have a constant vibrating feeling all over the body. Neurologist say it is the small fiber neuropathy.
I have developed some strange sensations, the doctor says sounds like simple partial seizure, so I am going to have test
I am also finally going to have a SPINAL TAP. I say that with relief, due to I have been waiting for that. I say, the way I feel, it must be something in the CNS.
I will continue to check your site., I have a multitude of symptoms like MS, but as you see, I am not realy in that age group
Thanks for your attention
