I just had this surgery with him last Wednesday. So far I'm happy. I'm still in a lot of pain from the surgery though. But- I am home and moving about!

Best wishes on your recovery!! I really hope it goes well for you....

I have an appointment with Dr. Brown in November. I am definitely interested in your experience with him....would be great if you could keep us posted.

It seems alot of people on the forum prefer a vascular doc for this type of surgery. But given all the nerve-related symptoms/complications, I wonder if we are better off with someone who has a stronger nerve-related background/training. I just wonder if they are better able to protect, manipulate and manage the nerves -- when they are in performing the TOS surgery.

This guy seems to have excellent training and experience. What they are doing with nerve transfers is just remarkable. I am very interested in meeting him....
