More dreams / nightmares

Before my head injury - I rarely used to get dreams Now post concussion -I've noticed that I seem to have dreams (majority of them nightmares) every night.

What does this indicate?

Supplements: I take magnesium, b-100 complex vitamin, and vitamin c every before bed

In my experience, nightmares or stressful dreams happen when I am not breathing properly.

dreams

You might also be reacting to meds if you have anything you are taking besides the supplements you listed.

Or maybe the nightmares are part of anxiety.

I am not recalling many of my dreams lately.

@poetrymom, I'm not on meds.

no nightmares, but I have vivid dreams almost nightly. It makes it hard to get up in the morning, actually...
