What about those who appear to have a nerve entrapment, but upon MRI review the foramen in the spine looks completely clear?? Do you have any suggestions for what this could be?? This is what I am dealing with. I have pain that radiates from my right lower back down my right leg, but the MRI and CT myelogram show no obstruction. My EMG does show nerve damage to L5 and S1 nerves.
