Can someone help with my EMG report please

Hello I'm new to this forum. I'm in desperate need of some help with interpretation of my EMG the doctor called but I could not understand him except that he mentioned in Foreign language you be ok.
Ok. Here it goes.
Quick info About 10 years ago I had what they called a Mumford procedure where they take part of your clavicle bone and grind it away from your AC joint as well as a torn rotator cuff and a torn labrum in my shoulder repaired from an injury not sure if this has anything to do with any of this ?..

Biceps brachii L AMP NORMAL , DUR NORMAL , POLY FEW +1, RECRUITMENT MOD 1-

Triceps brachii ( lateral head ) L. AMP NORMAL , DUR FEW+1 , poly few +1 RECRUITMENT MOD 1-

No spontaneous activity on e report.

Please someone with any knowledge of emgs please help me I'm married with three kids and very scared this might be something serious.

Hi Lilbil90

Hi Lil,
Sorry if I'm not posting this correctly, but this is my first post on this website.
Before having to quit school, as I was working my way toward nursing school, I managed to pass biology. Though my memory is one of my primary problems, after looking at what you've written, I'd say you have nothing to worry about what so ever!
Biceps brachii L, is your muscles in your upper left arm. Everything else looks "normal," "few," "+1 or -1."
Of course I didn't get my degree, but wanted to hopefully put your mind at ease if you read this before you got the chance to as a professional.

Good luck
