Back to the Ice Packs & Hot Baths

Changes in weather makes me have to do more hyrdrotherapy! I had a rough night because rain and colder air was coming in and the changes of seasons put me DOWN from headache, eye's hurting, pain, heavy head, brain fog, tinnitus, and depression. My med's cannot even help me! I go to acupuncture tomorrow.

The biometric pressures kill me!!! Anybody else?:grouphug:
