well today I was able to get 2 important people on the same page I am on . my victims advocate and the county clerk. next are some of the police and I have the hearing date that you know who is arraigned to have. ugh hard at first when the victim advocate returned my call while I was at work today and told me no the only one thats protected under the injunction for protection is you your truck and your house . but once home I took the order out and called her back and had her turn to page 2 and read the whole first paragraph where the last part states petitioner ( thats me ) AND any family or household member . so finally a victory :). its my twin bro right before I had my gallbladder out I had to get a protection order on. which he has broken mmm at least 4 times now. I cant really talk on fb and this hurts me bad it is hard . I lost my mom 2 or so years ago and my best friend ever year and half ago now my twin its like my childhood is dead. I feel lost and ugh. I feel like stopping now but any hugs and Prayers for me and also for him even tho I am angry for things he is and has done prayers are good so thanks for them. lots on my plate so please under stand if I am quiet for a while. hugs and

I really miss my friend btw she is missing her brand new grand baby boy I know she had Alzheimer and spared all of us she loved of that hell by taking her life but she wasnt that far gone into the illness little Charlie would of loved her and she would of loved him :( damn I miss you charlene :Heart::Heart::Heart::Heart::Heart:

Hugz and Prayerz as to the lot of these difficulties. Gotta love the courts when the clerks show their humanity..... I was talking to a clerk just the other day, received the wrong answer, rang off, picked up the law, and by gum...... confirmed the error.....

Glad you have force of law behind the protection. Hope it provides some solace.
