dizziness, fainting and diarrhea with pcs?
 

I've been diagnosed with post concussion syndrome, and its been 3 months since my accident. I've had an MRI and Mra and they are clean.

I've been taking t3s only when pain is unbearable. Since the accident I've been experiencing dizzyness which sounds typical with this type of injury, but I've also had a few instances where I've completely fainted, and I've had constant diarrhea since the accident. Has anyone experienced this or have any idea what could be the cause? Docs keep saying its not normal, but don't offer any help :(

I've been off work for two months already :( how long did it take until you were able to return to work?

Sorry you are going threw this. I would suggest getting your vestibular checked out to start. I had the same symptoms and vertigo because my vestibular was off. Have you seen a neurologist?

I still have occasional vertigo (nearly three years post injury), but it's now minor and managable, no fainting. No diarrhea, not sure what would be causing that.

I was off work six months total.

I had your same problem with pcs. Diarrhea was constant, tons of ibs issues with me. They eventually went away and yours will too. See a doctor to check potassium levels though as diarrhea can drain electrolytes
