PCS and high blood pressure

Hi, I have PCS and my primary symptoms are dizziness, headache, cloudiness, confusion. My symptoms get worse with physical exertion, stress, anxiety, and workplace stimuli. Also, since my concussion, I've had higher blood pressure, something that's typically been a problem for me, but been made worse (probably from not being able to exercise as much as before).

Anyway, my question is, my blood pressure might not be high enough that my primary-care physician will prescribe medication. But have people been in a similar situation? Has blood pressure medication helped others in reducing PCS symptoms? My physician also brought up Zoloft to reduce anxiety, which I normally wouldn't consider, but if it reduces my dizziness and headaches, I'd consider it.

About my injury / treatment - I sustained a sports-related concussion about one year ago, and have been in treatment for about 6 months, including a neurologist, neuropsychologist, and rehab (Buffalo protocol). I'm on 900 mg gabapentin daily.
