Found out I was denied from the disability I filed back in April.

If you've only filed once then try again. I've heard they almost always deny most claims for anything the first time. Then expect some more foot dragging. I hope you can get them to approve it soon.

Don't give up. Appeal their decision. Even better, get a lawyer that does that kind of work. I don't think I'd have ever gotten it if it wasn't for my lawyer. And don 't delay too long. You only have so much time to file an appeal.

You can get a disability attorney that will work for a portion of your backpay if you win (correct me if I'm wrong anybody).

You will need to appeal, it can take time, especially since you are younger. If someone over fifty applies with something like MS it can be quicker.

Just keep trying until you get it, there are other young folks here who have been through the process and won eventually.

When I applies for mine I was denied each time. You get the best luck when you finally get your hearing in front of a judge and he can see for himself. Good luck, and yes, do get a disability lawyer

I have a lawyer who knows about me filing, and I will be going to him Monday.

I've been having very few days with sleep, as well as restless legs that are really terrible.

Here is a layer group, that specialises in Social Security Disability. I will recomend 100 %.
They got it through for me in a few weeks, first time. I have heard they have a very high sucsess rate. and almost never loose their cases.
