Can't Sleep
 

I can't sleep. I'm so upset about yesterday. I spoke to my Great Aunt and she's getting worse. And I also had a disagreement with a good friend of mine and wished it never happen. It was a very bad day. I hope all of you have a better day today. I know it's only midnight here, but I thought I would mention this if anyone was up.

I'm up not breathing due to a head cold. I took today off work, was tired and sore all day and now for some reason I'm awake. Probably the sudafed. I need another before I can actually go to sleep so I can try to keep my head open all night.

I hope you can get some rest in. Me too. Try to distract your brain?

Thanks chaos. I'm sorry you're sick. I hope you feel better soon. I'm going to try to watch a comedy or something like that for distraction of my thoughts. I'm just worried sick about my Great Aunt. I don't understand it. She was getting over her pnuemonia and is now sick again. And I wish I didn't have a disagreement with my friend. I'm sorry again you're so sick on top of having rsd. I hope the Sudafed helps and you can get some sleep soon. Thanks for your kind advice. Take care.
