Anti-MAG, Sjogrens, Spinal Arthritis - Vanderbilt or UAB??

Hi all! In the last 3 years I had ANA 1:1280, pos. SSA and high titer anti-MAG. I have been told I possibly have Sjogren's and/or Lupus and/or anti-MAG neuropathy as well as osteoarthritis of the spine, DDD, Fibromyalgia, bursitis, yada yada yada.:winky:

Having bad headaches, numbness in feet and lower legs, severe muscle cramping, mild hand tremors. The rheumy's here don't listen and my hematologist cut me loose without looking for a paraprotein (was referred for high iron). My neuro said he'd refer me to Vanderbilt, but thought I'd ask here just in case anyone has been.

Has anyone been to either Vanderbilt in Nashville or University of AL Birmingham to get diagnosis and treatment?

I'd be happy to get any replies, advice, or other info. on any of the above.

Thanks!!!
