Diamaxine Forte?

I was prescribed Diamixine Forte supplement but I'm not sure what it is for. Can anyone share what Diamaxine Forte supplement does?

This is a mixture of zinc, chromium picolinate (to help normalize blood sugar) and lipoic acid, which is thought to help diabetics.

Basically it is designed to lower blood sugar, if that is high.
