root canal infection?

I have a pain under a root canaled tooth. It seems that the tooth rises, affecting occlusion from time to time. 4 months ago I had an abscess on the outside of the gum adjacent to the. Now, I have a white thick coating on my tongue every morning. I am presently without dental insurance and nervous about this situation. Any information and advice would be welcomed.

I had the same thing years back, I had the pain and a terrible migraine (I do not suffer with migraines) I used peroxide and a mouth wash called "Vince" a pink powder you mix with water.

This may help if not all but may take the pain down a little.
