So I was given this instead on Mantanx I was reading not to use any other multi with this Should I not be using a B complex then in addition? I thought this was just one B vitamin but don't see exactly online what is in it...

Who "gave" this to you? If you got this at a pharmacy, ask them what is in it. If your doctor gave this to you, ask him/her.
