Sidney Crosby's "post concussion syndrome" is a neck injury? Hope for us?

Just read this very informative article: http://espn.go.com/nhl/story/_/id/75...ex-explanation

Goes into a lot of detail on the physiology behind the injury, and how neck injuries can masquerade as "post concussion syndrome".

Also, to bump an old thread, which gave me hope recently. This is about the Buffalo clinic. One poster says that the doctor there said that 90% of the patients he sees have neck injuries, not post concussion syndrome. Two posters in this thread indicate that with exercise, their symptoms improved in a matter of weeks.

Worth putting this at the top again.
