Bumped head week after injury

Here I am again. I week ago I banged my head pretty bad - this week symptoms were numbness in foot - being "out of it" but Ive been feeling a bit better.

Tonight I bumped my head again. It wasnt that hard but I am beating myself up about it - wondering if Ive caused some further damage. (Considering trip to ER)

Posting here because I really dont know where else to turn.

What symptoms are you having since you bumped your head tonight? Anything that makes you think you have done more damage, or are you just worried in general?

No symptoms yet. Just worried that I did more damage. Its gonna be tough to get to sleep tonight.

Frankly Im angry at myself for being so careless and bumping my head again. I wish I were shorter.

And noticed Marks posts about "second impact syndrome".

Which has me concerned.

If you get a disabling head ache, call for an ambulance. Otherwise, try to stop being so anxious. Your anxiety is slowing or preventing your recovery. A bump to the head is not the kind of trauma that causes Second Impact Syndrome.

If you were having head aches that required prescription meds to manage, I would be a bit concerned. Without such head aches, you are not at risk.
