Tarlov Cysts

I have been diagnosed with having 20 Tarlov cysts ranging from my cervical all the way down to my sacrum. I have had multiple Mri's Ct scans also a Mylegram Emg and nerve conjunction. I have also had 2 cervical injections which made it worse. I have been told nothing they can do. I am in so much pain what has caused theses and is there a treatment out there. I have not been in a accident. Please need some answers going out of my mind.
