Rsd spreading question
 

I have had RsD in my upper arms-hands-shoulder for 32plus years it is spreading into my legs but my back hurts to like inside my spine anyone have rsd in there back it is like a lot of pressure an the pain pills are not working I can move an it doesn't hurt.

Hi. I started with rsd in my right wrist and hand and elbow and shoulder. It then spread to down my right leg and right foot to my other foot and calve and left wrist and left hand. I've also had it spread to parts of my stomach due to multiple surgeries I've had. I've never had it in my back though. Maybe try seeing if your neurologist or pm dr can help try to find out what it is. I hope you can find out so you feel better soon. Take Care.

I have back pain from the shoulder blades all the way down but I would hope that it's not RSD. My anti seizure meds don't help that pain so I'm pretty sure it's not. That's me trying to stay positive. I've thought about it being RSD. It is a burning pain though.

I really hope yours isn't!

My RSD started from a truck accident first in my left forearm and hand. Since then it spread into my entire left side down to my legs and now has been become full body.
Having Cerebral Atrophy also certainly compounds the problem.
When my RSD spread to my spine the CNS got affected as well. The pain I feel in my upper back is due from this but the doctor always asks if I'm experiencing any lower back pain because that would most likely be from the meds bothering my kidneys so be aware of where the pain is at...
