Do you think PN has set in?
 

So I did not update after I went to see a dr and had an MRI she said that the neck was in the same shape as 2 yrs ago so no damage was done by chiropractic. No herniations.

I wake up with the nerves in my neck doing its rhythmic buzzing and I think in my skull too. My pain mostly now is burning arms up and down ears feel like moving into them and they burn and some face pain neck burn pain oh and skull hot spots I had hoped a lot of this was stress related as the pain has changed over time and location. But....

Can just general nerve irritation which is stronger at night cause all that buzzing or is this permanent damage /PN? Any Thoughts?

Since this all started, I have all kinds of nerve sensations never had.
