My third Christmas with a TBI. The first one was hell - did not participate much. Spent most of the time in my bedroom in the dark. Last year was a bit better....but still difficult. This year I saw an improvement - was able to stay at the table, do some baking and cooking, had some people over for Christmas Eve dinner (including a noisy baby!), and had a full day today. Am rejoicing that I can measure improvement!
