Do nerves heal after infection ??

Hi everyone,

Happy New Year !

does anyone know if nerves heal after an infection is eradicated?
I have neuropathy in the groin (yey fun times) I don't know HOW,
I had a super small infection in the bartholin gland and somehow created nerve damage.
Since these are peripheral nerves of the ilioinguinal, pudendal, etc
shouldn't they HEAL ?
I'm in my 20s

thank you

Methyl b12, Adeno b12 combo, with methyl folate as well. Take 1000- 5000mcg Methyl b12 with Adeno b12 1-5000 mcg on an empty stomach take methyl folate 20 minutes after. This is one of the most potent ways to heal nerves.

Lions mane mushroom is also something that helps heal the nerves along with an herb called Mapalo, and a few other things I cannot recall. These would help you push in the right direction for now though.
