feels like someone scraching inside my brain
 

Hi all, they have given me a temporary valium , untill EEG anf MRI, i definatly get aura all types visaul, emotional,(fear) but ive never been able to work out this ongoing electric tickling scraching inside my head, its like some one has put their fingers inside my brain and is scraching it or pokeing it. is this seizure???????????? very frieghtened. many of my gait (wobbling balance and stiffness has diepated from this drug, but not the scrachy brain thing. also who out there with E feels like they are perminantly on a rocking boat always . ive had this for almost 13 years now. and now they are saying maybe seizure, very scared?? thank you soo much. jen

It might be. Is it intermittent? Anything seem to trigger it (e.g. disrupted sleep, anxiety, illness, hormones)?

Tell your neuro. S/he should be able to help you get to the bottom of what's causing it.

Hi lizard, yes is is intermittent, everything so far is triggering it, we had a small car accident the other day and it happend for the rest of the day , but it has happend when ive been relaxed watching tv. and using the computer it triggers it off alot.
thanks ive got a huge list of stuff for the neuro poor girl wont know what hit her. but it's better for me to tell her than have her guessing. hee hee

I'm not familiar with this but I wanted to say I feel awful that you or anyone would have to go through this. I cannot imagine how frightening that must be. Please let us know once you have your tests done and the results. Try your best to stay relaxed and I really do hope your testing brings good results.

Dear Ellie yes i thought i was getting mentally i'll to tell the truth and the reactions i had from DR's compounded my problems, but i suppose when you have an inviseble illness for 13 years it starts to eat you away,and dr's only see the stress, at first i thought this was all bought on by my gluten allergy and Yes I still believe it has effected my brain , and helped cause this illness, but it's all good i'm on the road to finding out whats wrong by listening to whats going on in my body, i believe we have a god given gift, if we just learn to listen to our own bodies, and we can heal ourselves as well.Dr's arnt god. so i have to have patience with them.

have you heard of super ventricular tachycardia?
i get it and was wondering if any of you have it as well. i was diagnosed recently and i have a sneeking suspition it could be due to my seizures effecting the electrical pathways from my brain to my heart and its worrying me, i know the difference between pannic attack cause ive had them as part of my aura, but this is different, it's according to the dr's a heart electrical prob, nothing dangerous only frieghtning and makes me kind of black out at times, so any info from you or others would be wonderfull.
