explanation of symptoms

hello all, quick overview of symptoms -

Began with gasping breath at night that over the course of a month turned into muscles spasms in the head and abdominal/hip area and are currently continuations body tremor with uncontrollable minor muscle spasms when my muscles are relaxed. Get's worse when tired, sitting, or especially when falling asleep. Lastly, the strangest symptom is that right before I fall asleep I get this feeling that is a combination of coldness, 'sickness', and mild adrenaline rush (in a very negative way). When I say say 'sickness', what I mean is that general feeling you have in your body when you have the stomach flu, but with no nausea, headache, or muscle ache. Just the nasty, sick feeling. In my search so far, it seems that these symptoms combined is rare, but if anyone else has had this experience, what have you discovered? Or could someone please help explain A) why the symptoms came on so suddenly and have increased B) possible causes for the symptoms.

Thank you so much!
Matt
