Absolutely terrified, looking for advice

I found this forum while looking for advice on my condition and it seems like you guys know more about nerve issues then any other place, I would really appreciate some help.

I'm a 23 years old and 4 months ago I started experiencing sunburn like pain all over my body besides the palms and feet, which was aggravated every time I took my adderall prescribed for adhd (which I since stopped for 3 weeks with no improvement).

Other symptoms I've been having, the fingertips on my right hand have become swollen, red and painful and I've been getting a really bad case of hot red burning ears almost every night.
The skin on my face has become dry and flaky and my mouth has also become dry.
As far as I know the fingertips, ears and dry skin aren't common neuropathy symptoms but the doctor didn't pay much attention to that.

I was diagnosed by a neurologist with having nerve pain symptoms but no underlying issue.
All tests he gave me (emg, ncs, autoimmune, celiac) came back fine besides low folic acid and 219 b12 pmol/l, (which I've been taking a 1000mg supplement for 3 months but so far no luck).
He also prescribed tegretol which does nothing but get me to bed early.

I'm absolutely devastated by this, If anyone's got any suggestions as to what this might be, any tests I should take or supplements I should try, I would really appreciate it. I can really use some advice right now.

I'd try going gluten free and see if the redness improves.

Red ears often are a sign of food allergies.

Also I'd get tested for lupus. The ANA test sometimes cycles between positive and normal, so getting retested would be a good idea. Also you can get tested for Sjogren's which can cause dry mouth and dry eyes.

People who are gluten intolerant can have all sorts of autoimmune symptoms.

I did get tested for gluten which came back negative.

The ear allergy direction is something I didn't think of and ill definitely check that out.
Do you know of anything that could the red swollen fingertips?

Also am I right in thinking that the ears and fingers might be indicative that it's not a nerve problem.

I've had red fingertips for about a year, following a drug induced lupus attack.

My doctor thought the red finger tips were a serious sign.

I think that most of the causes are potentially serious and should be brought to the doctor's attention.

Mine are red all the time, and not due to Raynaud's syndrome.
If yours blanche and then turn red later, that is raynaud's and there are many many causes of that.

I didn't really get what you meant by blanche and then turn red later.
My fingers which are freezing cold by the way (it's not that cold where I live) are normal on some days, swollen on the others. always happens on my right hand.

Happening only on one hand suggests perhaps, a circulatory issue.

TOS might make sense, I've always had extremely poor posture (scoliosis) and the pain feels better standing than sitting.

Which tests are done to diagnose TOS?
