Myofascial pain syndrome

Hi, I don't know if this the right forum but at least it's closely related. I have been told that I have MPS from the dental hospital and that it's affecting my TMJD . I and having lots of discomfort around head neck shoulders jaw etc Trigger points and muscle spasm . Also and old injury from and impacted wisdom tooth extraction has started up again with nerve pain in lower jaw. I have had a lower back problem form years and things really kicked off 12 mths ago when I had kinesio taping around my pelvis and back. Within three days I was in agony and could not walk . I have been having osteopathy massage trigger point therapy and acupuncture. I had to give up work last year as the stress was too much. Are there any other sufferers out there that could give me some pointers of how to help myself.

Many Thanks

Nick
