Infrared findings

Today I got my infrared dome back and started today. Below is a link to a study done on infrared and peripheral neuropathy. Interesting read.

I like the dome. I like that it doesn't make me hot. I have the FIR heating pad also. I use the heating pad for regular things like sore muscles.

Improving circulation, oxygenation, bringing nutrients to the nerves etc. is good.

I tried it this morning and it was not so bad, while I did feel the heat it was tolerable.

However, I just got done with my second try, and not so good. It's the end of the day, so my feet are more irritable than in the morning, and they hated the heat. By the time I was done with 15 minutes they were flaming red and in a flare. I will say, they were already heading towards a flare before I started it so it could be just bad timing. I hoped it would make the flare end quicker afterwards, but nope.

Guess I will see what tomorrow brings.

Oh wow, it is usually not felt like normal heat that is why people can easily tolerate the infrared sauna's vs the dry heat etc. Like the heat from the sun, it usually feels nice to most people. I love it, but I am sorry it didn't work for you so far.

Heat of any kind is not a friend to me. :(

But it may be that I just do it in the morning instead of trying in the evening when my feet are already at their worse. It was not hot, but like I said, even minimal heat is my enemy.

Im not giving up, just changing it up. I do believe it will help with cirulation.

My toes turn different colors which tell me circulation is clearly a problem, sometimes a single toe will look blue, other times several will look blue, then they all look normal again.

Blue can't be good. :(
