Hi everyone
I am new to the forum, and am supporting my husband, who has recently been diagnosed with early stage Parkinsons. Any advice about care, diet etc very much appreciated, and hoping to share experiences and advice with others in the same position.

My situation is the same, but he seems to be going downhill faster than I expected. I'm elderly and pretty tired. Our children recently fetched us from another state and we are living with one of them. It has helped tremendously. It seems all I do is deal with our new reality and try and research things.

Something that you can do easily is have a look at this thread and take its advice. You should be able to obtain all the B Vitamins in a good quality broad spectrum B supplement.
