depression,and anxiety

I have a feeling that allot of us are depressed,and feeling more anxiety then usual. I've been feeling worried,depression,and have more anxiety than usual.

All we hear in the news is progressively more,and more bad news. Most of what I see on facebook is depressing.

I agree, maybe the media could devote segments on just good news stories only. Even if it was just 5 minutes a day I'm sure it could help bring a smile to our faces.
