Lithium Orotate supplement
Has anyone tried this?
It was recommended to me by one of my husband's friends, who is a doctor (internal medicine specialist). But I've never heard of this supplement ever before. |

Wikipedia lists it as a dietary supplement used in small doses to treat certain medical conditions such as stressed, bipolar disorder, depression and PTSD and a few other things listed again its listed as a dietary supplement not a medication. There is an actual medication lithium also used years ago for depression. I do not know how often or if it still used.
