Weather Scare

Woke up this morning to let Sage out for her morning trip, I thought I was in another world.

Yesterday it was in th 70's last week inthe 80's & 70's. When I went to bed last night the winds came in and the rain was so hard I thought the house was going to be washed away.

This morning when I went to open the door for Sage  snow everywhere and still snowing. I felt like I went through a time warp. Th rest of the week is to be in the 50's possible 60's. I was so hoping for a warm Easter this year. For the first time in ages I have a nice outfit to wear to church for Easter this year.

My DD is pushing me to change things since I am feeling better since the operations. She is not letting the depression set in. It is wonderful since they moved here from NJ. Having family with you, especially when you are not well is a God Blessing.

Miss MS has been still letting me know she is around. I wish she would have blown away with the winds last night.

Did anyone else experience some crazy weather last night. Now we have to clean up the snow again. Thought we were done with that.

JAPPY :(

Aw yes, there is snow on my darn daffydils this morning, too.
A/C on yesterday, heat back on today. The snow is kinda pretty
and I doubt you'll have to shovel it. The warm up should take
care of it. Doggy probably loved it.

Happy you're feeling better and that you
have your DD down there with you now.

Joyce, you'll probably have the AC on again by Sunday!

We had rain here in GA yesterday, today it is very windy and tonight it's supposed to dip into the 30's.

Nothing surprises me anymore.......;)

It was 75° here in northern Vermont yesterday--tonight we are expecting low's in the teens and 3" of snow. Right now the wind is howling, rivers are up over roads (not near me), and heavy rain is around the corner. My daffodils are scared.

This Joyce had it to. Although we just had snow flurries. Yesterday 77, tomorrow morning will be 28. Mother nature is bipolar! I thought I had my winter coat put up.

On Saturday last week we made it to 90. Then last night the low was low 20's.

We had an inch of snow in northern Illinois after a weekend in the mid 70s...I admitted to DH that I thought it looked beautiful outside-thought I'd get my head bit off;)
At least the flowers didn't get affected by the snow cover...they're still blooming.

Northwest WI, where our family cabin sits, is expecting at least a foot of snow today...there's still 3 feet on our driveway:eek: I'm afraid we won't be able to push the pier into the lake by Memorial Day...the ice is still thick on the lake:(
